My Life with The Energy Practice ~ Debra Stone

The Energy Practice is an entity of its own, unconditional by nature as meeting everyone whole. A constant companion I aspire to in my humanity. Always urging expansion of my inner landscape with clarity of understanding and greater compassion to responsibility for my own health, in relationship to healer within and those I serve. I remain a humble Stewart to this council on high, guiding, witnessing and protecting me all ways. One who I return to privately every morning before clients and throughout the day with check-ins between Sessions to the flow of my currents and systems. Balances when appropriate are offered to my pathways of energy, where tools of method and hand positions are communicated through applied kinesiology. Here, guided by what is optimal per my body one balance following another for opportunity of return to more true authenticity of well being with my spiritual, physical, emotional and mental body.

Additionally, what has culminated through energetic study of 20 years and a Decade of Practice is curiosity, desire and ability of dialog with what arises from the body into my hands. Pictures, words or feelings present themselves to me of symptoms that often relate to something of the past, embedded there in the cellular memory of experiences, all stored in the body. I speak what is revealed, even if appears not to make sense. Coming from the bodies wisdom gives voice to an untold story. What is typically underneath these places of pain or limitation (energy blocks or disconnects) is a resonance feeling lodged. Perhaps waiting to be touched and witnessed at this time as well. Maybe the feeling was lodged in our pre-verbal development or we could not identify the feeling or perhaps it was not safe to express it comfortably. We unite with our healer within in these moments to decide if it is in our best interest to release this block or rewire the disconnected energy.  We take the pause here,  as maybe this block has been holding us together or the disconnect of energy has saved us from a memory of a situation too much to bear before this moment.  The hands rest, bringing all of our compassionate selves unconditionally to this place with no attachment to outcome, just being here, gifts the body an opening to possibility. In this ease there is room for clarity of another choice. The feeling lodged releases, the breath returns, the muscles relax, expansion floods the areas to heightened awareness of body mind connection. In the weeks to follow integration and transformation meet our experiences with new found freedom from the awakened healer within.

The healing process continues uniting wholeness to all aspects of the being. Aftercare of tenderness and attention is essential to allow the body reunion to the past experience, it’s nurtured return. Into this moment, fully with renewed  definition and expression of self in our world. Education & Certifications – new text

My desire in greater Mothering, my 2 son’s gifted, instinctually ‘following their Energy Field wisdom’ to basic need and care response~ It remains the foundational approach to Clients ever since. Moving our young family to Alaska would be the Turning Point of my life from 1989 ~ 1993 where my Energy Sight Gift awakened from childhood. I turned within to my Healer there after a difficult surgery and recovery in 1991. TM Meditation since age 16 engaged Spirit in me, Qigong and Johrei study groups in Alaska afforded company of kindred spirits!*

Dwelling innerscape there supported, for the first time… my Inborn Energy Sight Gift, as undeniablyright Path. Returning to The San Francisco Bay Area from 1993 to 2007. As Wife, stay at home Waldorf Mom & Energy Practitioner part time.

Presently, more than 3 decades as Business Woman with ‘My Energy Practice’ following the Wisdom of my Healer, to all choices inside out. Volunteering my service for a year and then hired as Animals as Natural Therapy Horse Herd Animals Herd Therapist & with their folks.  August 2009 ~ Present Adopted Abigail my Pup, at 10 weeks old. She is my Soulmate & Guru of Unconditional Loving and Being Loved.
