It has been researched and proven that horses who work with emotionally challenged persons and persons with mental health issues suffer from more physical ailments. When I first met Debra, I was experiencing a lot of myofascial pain. I had just been in a car accident and the pain was creeping up my back and over my head making it hard to focus. If you don’t know what myofascial pain is, the best way to describe my experience of it is that this web of tissue hurts over and across your body just under your skin; its not nerve pain, it is not joint pain, is it literally the pain just under your skin and over your muscle. This web of myofacial tissue holds our muscles together and when it experiences trauma it begins to mend small tears and can create protective holding patterns to prevent further damage. Debra’s light touch and soothing voice engages you as she moves around the table letting you know the entire time how the energy is responding to your body. Her work took me completely out of pain for the day into the next and that is the most relief I had experienced since the accident. I believe it also jump-started my healing process. Later I had several distance Session that were very effective in soothing my system, acknowledging and then releasing blockages & emotions. As a person who not only receives regular bodywork & energy work, but is also a body worker & energy worker, I must say Debra’s intuition & technique is sharp & skilled. I was lucky to receive my introduction to Debra Stone as a gift from my sister. I highly recommend consulting Debra Stone ( Turning point energy restoration ) for horses experiencing colic symptoms. I have used Debra’s service multiple times in horses with colic, with great success. One horse had symptoms of extremely high respiration while lying down in her stall. Debra worked remotely with me on the phone, and by the time the vet arrived, the mare’s respiration was almost normal, and she was mostly out of pain. Two hours later she was outside, eating grass as normal. When Debra works with a horse experiencing colic symptoms , she helps the horses resolve the energetic challenges they are facing. Once the horses challenges are resolved, the horse really is “out of the woods”. I have had great success are success with resolution of colic symptoms, in 100% of horses Debra has worked on for with for me, and highly recommend her work.
